Kolkata, 14th November 2025: The Circle Office, Kolkata South, Punjab National Bank organized the Retail Outreach Program 2025 at the BSNL office premises under the Old Ballygunge branch. Executive Director Mr. D. Surendran from Head Office, Chief General Manager Mr. Binay Kumar Gupta from Zonal Office, Kolkata, General Manager Mrs. Ekta Pasricha from Zonal Office, Kolkata, Deputy Circle Head Mr. Jitendra Kumar, Assistant General Manager Mrs. Preeti Manjuri Routray, and other officials from Circle Office were present at the event.
Deputy Circle Head Mr. Jitendra Kumar delivered a welcome address, and explained the features of retail and digital products. The Executive Director stated that through this event, PNB is reaching out to the public, understanding their needs, and improving products and services accordingly. The Zonal Manager also took feedback from customers and emphasized the need to provide them with excellent service.
During the event, the Executive Director distributed home loan and car loan approval letters worth over ₹20 crore.
The program was concluded with vote of thanks by Assistant General Manager Mrs. Priti Manjari Routray.
