Kolkata, 23 September 2026: JIS Group organised an inspiring and thought-provoking session titled “AI Horizons” featuring 16-Year-Old AI Prodigy Raul John Aju at Narula Institute of Technology (NiT). Thgis session brought together students and academic stakeholders to explore the rapidly evolving world of Artificial Intelligence and its impact on the future.
The highlight of the session was Raul John Aju, popularly known as the “AI Kid of India,” was the distinguished speaker. At just 16 years of age, Raul has developed more than 15 AI tools, founded an AI startup, and trained nearly five lakh learners through his AI education initiatives. His remarkable journey offered students an inspiring perspective on how curiosity, innovation and technology can be transformed into meaningful solutions and learning opportunities.
Hosted at Narula Institute of Technology, the programme underscored JIS’s growing focus on Artificial Intelligence, emerging technologies, innovation and industry-oriented education. The session provided NiT students with direct exposure to a young technology innovator and enabled them to engage with contemporary developments that are rapidly transforming academic and professional landscapes.
Addressing the evolving technological ecosystem, Raul John Aju spoke about the expanding applications of AI across industries and highlighted emerging trends that are expected to influence education, employment, entrepreneurship and professional practices. He also emphasised the importance of continuous learning, adaptability, experimentation and responsible integration of AI.
The interactive nature of the session encouraged students to look beyond the conventional understanding of Artificial Intelligence and explore its potential as a tool for innovation, problem-solving, creativity and entrepreneurship. The interaction also encouraged young learners to remain curious and proactive in understanding technologies that are shaping the future.
