Kolkata, August 26, 2026: CREDAI Kolkata hosted TECHCON 2026, a dedicated technology and artificial intelligence-focused platform for the real estate sector, at JW Marriott, Kolkata. The event brought together real estate leaders, technology innovators and industry stakeholders to discuss the growing role of technology in transforming the way real estate projects are planned, developed, marketed and managed.
The event was graced by Ms Agnimitra Paul, Hon’ble Minister for Urban Development & Municipal Affairs, Government of West Bengal, as the Chief Guest.
Organised with the objective of building a future-ready real estate ecosystem driven by technology and AI, TECHCON 2026 focused on emerging solutions that can improve efficiency, productivity, sustainability and customer experience across the sector.
The programme explored a wide range of technologies relevant to the evolving needs of the real estate industry, including Artificial Intelligence and GenAI, ERP solutions, CRM and sales automation, chatbots and conversational AI, construction technology, BIM and digital engineering, drone technology, smart building solutions, data analytics, Legal Tech, HR and payroll automation, and PropTech innovations.
